I'd really vote that the next movement be slow and dark unless your last movement is going to be dark. Even though the key scheme may be minor in this movement, it's actually bright. Split octaves like you're using just screams Rondo Alla Turk (even if it's in minor!) And it is really bright and uplifting.
Maybe something like this: (and the reasons are that it really dwells in the bass, is slow, powerful, and dramatic...)
